Break The Bricks

This is a group video game project for Spring 2025 - UMGC 495. Inspired by Atari Breakout.

• Move the mouse to move the paddle.
• Right-click to fire a rocket (Uses 100 points).
• Press the Esc Key to pause.

We have two ways where you can enjoy our game:

Method #1 - Download (Recommended)

Scroll down to the download section of this page, find your computer's Operating System (Windows, Mac, or Linux), download the game, and have fun! Instructions are set below.

Method #2 - Play the game in the browser (Quickest & Easiest)

Scroll to the top of the page, click "Run game," and enjoy! 

*Warning*  Playing on your browser was not in the original Project Scope Objective. We allowed this feature to exist for easy access and enjoyment for others. However, since it is outside of the original scope, there are known bugs in the game that we will not address due to the unpredictable HTML structure of Browser Gameplay and its use of third-party programs outside of our direct control. The bugs are minor, but they may impact enjoyment and performance. Please enjoy with caution.
